I called Vero Roofing and Austin came out for what I thought was a minor issue with my roof however, Austin took the extra time and went into the attic on a extremely hot day to take a closer look at the issue. He found a issue with the shingle itself and he contacted the shingle manufacture and filed a warranty claim on my behalf. The shingle company sent a representative to my house and agreed with Austin that the shingle was defective and ended up getting my entire roof replaced on a warranty claim which cost me ZERO$$ I was sincerely impressed with Austin thoroughness and integrity and instead of taking the easy way out and caulking the issue and taking the easy dollar, he had my best interest at heart. I literally didn't make a single phone call besides the initial one to Vero Roofing and I got my entire roof and issue taken care of.
